Too expensive for the fit and quality - very 'ols man' styling. Sizing was off (a little long in the leg and loose in the waist). Overall not happy, but returns etc are too painful so we'll live with it and just not buy again

The fit and finish is very nice and well put together but they are definitely relaxed fit a little to relaxed.
I think I will try the slim fit next to see if they fit a little better.

These pants are cut well for me. I find the lengths of inseams vary across the pants I buy: for many brands/cuts, typically 32" works well or is slightly long on me, and 31" is available is perfect, but these 30" inseam pants from Unbound Merino are just right in length. So bear that in mind when choosing your size. The extra roomy gusset fabric is quite subtle and not visible when wearing, but adds to the comfort. The zips are very solid, I'll be sure to make sure they are zipped up when I wash these so as not to abrade the fabric. These are warm in cold weather while being light and packing small. I haven't tried wearing them in warm weather yet.
