RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return or exchange clothing purchased directly from unboundmerino.com  as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition in which it was delivered, within 30 days from the shipping date.

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are on us, fee-free. If you'd rather return for a refund, a small $8 USD restocking fee applies. In the rare case your exchange item is unavailable, you'll be notified to select another option.

To get started, visit returns.unboundmerino.com and enter your order information. Follow the steps on the screen to start your return/exchange. Once you start a return (or exchange), please note you have 28 days to ship the item back to us before the request expires.

Return shipping labels are provided free of charge for US and Canadian customers. For orders delivered outside the US or Canada, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels at this time. Our international returns address is provided when you complete your return via our portal link above.

• There are no returns/exchanges for underwear or socks since we cannot restock these items due to health and safety concerns. (bras are exchangeable) However, if you have any issues with your sock or underwear purchase, please reach out to us at help@unboundmerino.com so we can find a solution for you.
• All items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
• Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order, which may include gift cards if one was used. The $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Bras are final sale for refunds but may be exchanged.
  

United States & Canada: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.

All Other Countries: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse. International returns typically take 3–4 weeks in transit before arrival.

Unbound Merino has the right to refuse any returns that violate our terms and policy.
